See Requirements and Guidelines for information about use.

A web developer or staff member familiar with the nuances of HTML email should customize the templates for your unit.

Units not using Lyris may use the templates in other software but may need to make adjustments, including removing the link to the mass email privacy statement, if present.

Parts of an HTML email

When sending an email that includes images (an HTML email), you must include the University of Minnesota wordmark in your header or prominently placed. The wordmark must be 220 pixels wide and have the appropriate buffer space. See wordmark use in web and email for more information.

Recommended: Several header types may be created using the Photoshop files in the download package. A standard header including the wordmark, block M, and Driven to Discover is included.
