PROCEDURES
- All users must have training and approval of the administrator before using an instrument. Contact:

- Users must sign up in the log and note start and stop time.
- All users must have a valid charge number on file with the administrator. If you have more than one charge number, indicate the one of choice on the log.
- Time on this instrument will be charged to the number linked to your password. Do not give your password to others unless you intend to pay for their time and they have approved training.
