1. Reasons for audit - Routine Audit; no specific concern

2. Discussion of audit process

3. Review of Information requested to start audit
    - Financial & Operational Documentation
    - Information Systems Documentation

4. Any concerns Hospital management would like us to look at?

5. Reporting process - At conclusion of audit a draft of audit report will be given to Hospital to review, and an exit conference will be scheduled to discuss the draft. Hospital will be asked to draft management action plans, which address the report issues and will be included in the final report.
